1. The short version
If ColdVisit cannot deliver the paid audit because of a problem with our service, we will try to correct or rerun it. If we cannot provide a usable report, you may request a full refund. Duplicate charges will also be refunded.
2. Eligible refund requests
You may request a refund when:
- you were charged more than once for the same report;
- payment completed but the purchased report was never made available;
- the report is materially incomplete or unusable because of a confirmed ColdVisit processing error; or
- we determine that we cannot audit the submitted public page after payment.
We may first offer to rerun or correct the audit. If that does not resolve the problem, the eligible purchase will be refunded in full or, if you agree, in proportion to the part of the service that could not be delivered.
3. Completed personalized reports
Because each audit is a personalized digital service that begins processing immediately, completed and usable reports are generally non-refundable. A difference of opinion with a score, observation, or recommendation does not by itself make a report defective. ColdVisit does not guarantee a particular conversion or business result.
This limitation does not remove any cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your country.
4. How to request a refund
Email raihan@coldvisit.com within seven days of purchase. Include the email used at checkout, the audited URL, and the order or report identifier if available. Explain what went wrong so we can investigate without asking you to repeat unnecessary information.
5. Timing
We aim to review requests within three business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Dodo Payments. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional five to ten business days to display the credit.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Direct contact is usually the fastest way to correct a failed audit or issue a refund. This request does not limit your rights with your card issuer or under applicable law.
